Fight or aggression detection
Detect a confrontation between people — a fight or pushing — that calls for a fast intervention.
A confrontation caught before it escalates
The "Fight or aggression" scenario detects a confrontation between people — a fight or violent pushing — in the watched zone. Such events in halls, break rooms or parking areas are a direct risk to staff and can escalate fast.
Automatic detection draws security's attention the moment a confrontation starts — instead of reconstructing the incident from footage afterwards, when an intervention is already too late.

Reaction at the moment it happens
A detection raises an alert and andon signal the instant a confrontation between people appears in the watched zone.
Configurable zones
You define exactly where detection runs — break rooms, corridors or parking areas where the risk is highest.
Around-the-clock monitoring
Detection runs continuously, 24/7, with no fatigue or breaks — night shifts and low-traffic zones stay covered too.
How aggression detection works
Industrial cameras watch the zone while vision servers run the SAM3 detection model with the prompt "people fighting or pushing" at the edge. Every recognised confrontation becomes an event that integration gateways forward to AndonCloud and machine PLCs.
The event turns into an alert for security, an andon signal, a dashboard entry and a line in a report — with no footage sent to the cloud and no strain on your infrastructure.

Detection at the edge
The model runs locally on the vision server — low latency and no footage streamed off-site.
Andon & PLC integration
A detected event can trigger a light signal, a security notification or an action on a machine controller.
No footage in the cloud
Analysis happens at the edge — only events leave the site, not the video stream.
Example use and privacy
In a plant break area the camera spots a sudden scuffle and immediately directs security's attention to the spot, letting the parties be separated before the situation worsens — while the event lands in the safety report.
The system recognises only the confrontation event between people, not their identity — it performs no biometric identification or face recognition.

No personal identification
Detection is about an event and its course, not personal data — no face recognition.
A full event trail
Every detection is logged with time and zone, ready for analysis in safety reports.
Ready for safety reports
Every detection lands in a report with time and zone — ready for trend and incident analysis.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
- A confrontation between people — a fight or violent pushing — in the watched zone. The system recognises the confrontation event itself, not the identity of the people.
- No. Detection is about an event and its course — there is no biometric identification or face recognition.
- Yes. Detection areas are configurable, so the system reacts only where it matters — for example break rooms, corridors or parking areas.
- The event triggers an alert for security, an andon signal, a dashboard entry and a report line; it can also trigger an action on a machine controller.
- Yes. The model runs at the edge on the vision server, so the reaction happens as the event occurs.
- Standard industrial IP cameras watching the zone; the image is analysed locally by the vision server.
- No. Analysis happens at the edge — only events leave the site, not the video stream.
- Yes. Integration gateways link events to AndonCloud and PLC controllers — for example an alert for security, a light signal or a notification.
The “Fight or aggression detection” scenario flags a confrontation between people — a fight or violent pushing. Such events in halls, break rooms, or parking areas demand an immediate response to protect staff and limit escalation.
In the AndonCloud platform, industrial cameras watch the area while vision servers run the SAM3 model with the prompt “people fighting or pushing”. Once a confrontation is recognized, the integration gateway turns it into an event: an andon signal, an alert to security, and an entry in dashboards and reports, shortening the guard's reaction time.
For example, in a plant break area the system draws security's attention to a sudden scuffle, allowing the parties to be separated quickly before the situation worsens. The system detects only the confrontation event between people — not their identity — and performs no biometric identification.
