The system presents KPIs on tiles in the operator panel - clearly and contextually. Cheetah, hare and tortoise icons immediately show the level of goal achievement.

KPIs shown as cheetah (green), hare (yellow) and tortoise (red) allow you to assess the situation right away - without analyzing the numbers.
Color + symbol = availability for everyone
The symbolic form increases accessibility - including for people with color and language problems. The result can be seen immediately - even without looking at the numbers.
Operator panel and dashboard in one
The indicators are visible on the job screen and in the dashboard. The user knows what KPI level his shift is at.
Full configuration of targets and KPI thresholds
The system allows setting KPI targets globally (for the whole company) or locally (for a position). The KPI threshold divides values into three levels: poor, medium and good.

User-defined KPI targets
Threshold values can be set, such as below 85% - poor, 85-95% - average, above 95% - good. For each KPI, a target is set, based on which the system visualizes the result.
Personalization for roles and teams
The director sees the KPIs of the entire factory, the master - of a specific position. The system matches indicators to the level of management.
