AndonHMI modern production visualization on the shop floor
AndonHMI is a state-of-the-art HMI (Human-Machine Interface) system that enables production management from the shop floor through intuitive operator panels. With a touchscreen interface and dynamic dashboards, operators can control processes in real time, report downtime, analyze OEE and control production rates - all directly at the line.
The system enables real-time visualization of production processes - from order startup to cycle completion. Current machine statuses, performance data, downtime and quality information are presented clearly on screens distributed around the shop floor.
Thanks to the function of the hall plan with machine layout, the user gains a complete picture of the production situation and can make accurate decisions faster. The system supports multiple locations and languages, making it suitable for distributed production facilities.
AndonHMI is fully integrated with the AndonCloud MES system, which means that the data displayed on the panels is always consistent with recorded events and reports. Digitization of production thus becomes not only possible, but also easy to implement.
