Dashboard
A central view of every clean room's status — environmental parameters, alarms and real-time state.
The dashboard shows every clean room's status in one view
Instead of switching between systems and zones, the team sees the whole clean area on one screen. Environmental parameters, alarms and each zone's status are brought together, so the picture is immediate and complete.
Live parameters
Key environmental values refreshed in real time.
Clear zone status
Each zone's state is readable at a glance, without drilling in.
Plant-wide scale
From a single zone to the whole facility in one layout.
How the dashboard ties together parameters, thresholds and alarms
The dashboard continuously compares measured parameters — temperature, humidity, pressure differentials, particle counts — against the configured thresholds. When a value moves out of range, the zone is highlighted and the event is described with the context it concerns.
Environmental parameters
Temperature, humidity, pressures and particles in one place.
Thresholds and excursions
Out-of-range values surface immediately as a deviation.
Many zones at once
Compare zones without switching views.
Example: a threshold excursion in a clean zone
Humidity in one of the zones starts to rise above the allowed range. The dashboard immediately highlights that zone and shows which parameter the deviation concerns, and the event is recorded — so the response is fast and a trace remains.
Immediate signal
The deviation is visible the moment it appears.
Event in context
You see the zone and the parameter it concerns.
Recorded to history
Every event stays in the audit trail.

Frequently asked questions
The environmental parameters of clean zones — including temperature, humidity, pressure differentials and particle counts — together with each zone's status and alarms.
Yes. Multiple zones are presented in one layout, so the whole clean area is visible without switching views.
When a measured value moves out of its configured threshold. The alarm points to the zone and parameter it concerns.
Yes. Parameters and zone status update continuously, so a deviation is visible the moment it occurs.
Yes. Alarms and excursions are recorded to the audit trail, available on the Audit Trail & configuration page.
Every clean room's status on one screen
The dashboard brings environmental parameters, alarms and per-zone status into a single, legible view — with no switching between systems. A deviation is visible where and when it appears.
