Job status recommendation
This is an AI-based feature that analyzes historical data and current information about how a given job is performed to predict the most likely next job statuses. This supports operators by speeding up the process of finding the option they need.
How does the system work?
- Data-driven learning: The algorithm learns from collected historical data and current status changes.
- Continuous optimization: Every status change—made manually by the operator or by the system's automatic functions—improves the predictions.
- Adaptation to the specifics of the position: The system analyzes the individual characteristics of a given position, thanks to which the recommendations are increasingly better tailored.
- Data collection stage
In positions where statuses change less frequently, the message "Analysis and data collection in progress" may appear.
This is a temporary stage in which the system has not yet collected enough data to generate accurate recommendations. With each subsequent status change, the predictions will become more and more accurate.

Configuration:
Please log in to the administrator panel.
Select the "Organization" tab and click on the "Organizations" option.
Click on the "Edit organization" option and go to the "SMARTSTATUS AI" tab:

4. Select the "Intelligent status recommendation by AI" option and then click on the "Update organization" button. After launching the AI recommendation model, the operator's view will change as follows:

After collecting and analyzing a sufficient amount of data, the artificial intelligence model will recommend statuses:
Both views can be minimized by the operator.
To disable status prompts at a selected workstation:
- Select the "Workstations" tab.
- Find the specific workstation in the list and then click on the "Edit" option.
- Go to the "SMARTSTATUS AI" tab.
